Bradley had been planning this moment for a long time, and every detail reflected that. When he reached out just two days before, I immediately knew it was something special—and found a way to make it happen.

He chose a quiet waterfront spot on Isle of Palms, just off historic Pitt Street—somewhere that already held meaning in their relationship. It’s where they go for walks together, which made the setting feel effortless and deeply personal—nothing overdone, just intentional.
We planned everything discreetly so Eden would have no idea what was coming. As they walked toward the water, it felt like any other evening—slow, familiar, and unassuming. They paused, took in the view, and shared a quiet moment together.

Then Bradley dropped to one knee.
Eden’s reaction said everything. Completely surprised, emotional, and filled with joy—it was one of those moments that unfolds naturally and stays with you.

Afterward, we captured a few portraits along the water, similar to what you’ll see throughout my Charleston photography sessions—nothing forced, just the two of them settling into what had just happened.

The evening continued back at her home, where their families were waiting. It turned into such a meaningful celebration—intimate, joyful, and the perfect way to begin this next chapter.
Charleston always brings a certain atmosphere, but this one felt especially timeless.

There’s something about evenings on Isle of Palms that feels especially timeless, and this one was no exception. If you’re planning a Charleston proposal and want it documented in a way that feels effortless and true to you, I’d love to be your photographer for the moment—reach out when you’re ready.
