Couldn’t have been a more perfect day for Emily and Matt’s summer barn wedding. Taking place at Nolan Barn, we captured their big day on property from beginning to end. Emily, being such a radiant bride, was the life of the party. She took in every minute, she laughed, she loved, and she celebrated. This left no time for worries about things that might not have happened according to plan. Today, I’m happy to share just a few favorites from this perfect and unforgettable day.

We started the day off with bridal details. I just have to mention how much I enjoyed incorporating florals into these photos. I always ask our brides to make sure the florist leaves loose flowers for us to use when photographing details. It helps to tie detail photos into the rest of the gallery and also tremendously helps to create dynamic layouts. From getting ready photos to reception details – this wedding flowed seamlessly together. Oh and let’s not forget to mention Emily’s gown – just stunning! How adorable is the bow in the back? So classy and timeless.

A special first look followed by portraits took us to their sweet and personal ceremony. Surrounded with people who mean the most, friends and family, Emily and Matt became husband and wife. The newlyweds danced the night away. At the end of the night, the guests were beaming with joy as they sent the two newlyweds off on their honeymoon.
