This session was nothing short of a dream. There’s something undeniably timeless about senior portraits at the Cleveland Museum of Art—the architecture, the light, the quiet elegance of it all. Amanda chose to schedule her session before the start of her senior year, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. That early summer glow brought a softness and warmth to every frame.
A little full-circle moment: I’m a Brunswick High School graduate too—just about ten years earlier (somehow it still feels like yesterday). I vividly remember my own senior session, and let’s just say… awkward doesn’t even begin to cover it. That experience is exactly why I believe senior portraits should feel effortless, exciting, and genuinely fun. These images are an investment, and they should never feel stiff or uncomfortable. When the experience is right, the confidence shows.
Now on the other side of the camera, I’ve seen firsthand how much the photographer’s energy shapes the final images. During my sessions, I’m always focused on connection—whether that means saying something silly, completely embarrassing myself, or simply creating space for personality to shine. The goal is always the same: images that feel real.
Amanda’s portraits are the perfect reflection of that approach. Every photo captures her joyful, easygoing spirit so effortlessly. She is truly the sweetest soul, with so many exciting opportunities ahead of her. It was such an honor to document this meaningful season of her life.

Inspired by what you see? This could be you. I’d love to connect and begin planning a session that feels effortless, elevated, and entirely you. Send me a quick message, and let’s bring your dream session to life.
