This wedding day has been a long time coming! Jayne and Dallas’s Glidden House wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020. When that date obviously could not happen – they rescheduled not once, but TWICE! They patiently waited for this day to arrive for over two full years, and I think it made it that much sweeter. Because the wedding date got rescheduled, Jayne and Dallas actually legally got married two yeas ago, but they still chose to use this date to have a full ceremony and celebrate with all of the people they love most. It truly was the SWEETEST day celebrating such a sweet love with their closest friends and family.
Jayne and Dallas chose to have a day that perfectly matched their personalities: classic, timeless, elegant and FUN! They both love to live life to the fullest and the way they love each other is so special. They are truly the best of friends, and there were so many happy tears throughout the day that showed how much everyone loves them together. Everyone was just SO excited for this day to come to life! And, even more special: Dallas and Jayne were able to have their son be part of their big day!
Jayne and Dallas: Congratulations on ALL of the exciting things unfolding in your lives! I truly feel so lucky to have been the one to capture this beautiful day unfold, and I adore you both and the way you love one another. I hope you enjoy scrolling through some of my favorites.
A huge thank you to the amazing vendor team for making this day happen:
Venue: Glidden House | Photographer: Juliana Kaderbek Photography | Hair & Makeup: Makeup by Madison & Co. | Gown: Liliana Bridal House, Maggie Sottero | Suit: The Black Tux | Bridesmaids’ Dresses: David’s Bridal | Cake: Scratch Bakery | Caterer: Marigold Catering | DJ: S&S Production and Entertainment
And I just love Jayne’s advise to future brides:
“Everything happens for a reason and if there’s a hiccup down the road, then it just means it wasn’t meant to be or something better for you is coming. I originally chose light blush for bridesmaid dresses, but the dresses didn’t workout. I could not have been happier with my decision to go with black. Also, allow yourself to be the bride! Let people help you, relax as much as you can and just remember it is your day and people want to help you make it the best day! By just letting go of the little things and allowing people to help make everything go smoothly, I felt so free and was able to have the best day.”
